Questing, Epic and all....
If you need help on a quest or getting an item/items, Do NOT log on and think everyone will drop what they are doing to help you! If they are available they will be glad to help. Please don't get frustrated with members who are unable to help you at the drop of a helm.
In Game Items
Please don't beg for armor or weapons. The game is NOT about loot, it's about friendships and mutual benifit.
Please return items loaned to you by the guild when you no longer have use for them. If someone from the guild loans you an item, this is not for you to sell, passing it down to another guildie is acceptable, however, selling that item is not. Do not remove items from the guild bank that you are not able to use. Removing items from the guild bank and placing them on the market is prohibited.
General Conduct
Please limit profanity in guild chat... remarks of frustration are understood, however blatent profanity is unacceptable.
Treat each other with kindness and consideration. If you have a problem with an individual take it to tells. Guild and group chat is not the place to hold pissing contests. Bringing personal issues(issues involving person to person conflicts) to the guild will not be tolerated. No one in the guild should be forced to side with one party or another... if you find yourself in a dispute with someone in the guild it is your job to work it out with them. Attempts to drag the rest of the guild into your argument will not be tolated and disciplinary action will be taken on both parties involved. So don't try to make us take sides with you against another guildie.
You Must be Loyal to the guild if we are to become a strong guild. If you choose to leave the guild, you must take all alternate characters with you.
As a guild we will do everything we can to help each other with armor / weapons / quests / spells / research / groups / experience / problems / questions / and having a good time.
We are a guild of respectable and honorable members. No tolerance will be displayed to members who dishonor themselves or The enDless's reputation. ( ie. begging from others, using curse words in communications, harassing others, or any other form, Kill Stealing... just to name a few. ).
frienD - Can use guild chat.
enDling - 30-89 day member that has access to use guild chat, see guild bank and make deposits, and can edit their personal notes.
Jr. Member - A member of 3 months can do the above and access guild bank and status items.
Member - A member who has been in the guild for 6 months or is the RL friend/family of a member can do all of the above and can aslo invite frienDs.
Sr. Member - Someone who has been enDless for 2 years or more. This member can do all of the above and can promote members up to member status.
Officer - Role performs in game admin duties. Can perform all of the above and can also use officer chat, edit officer notes, can edit guild events and guild MOTD
Sr. Officer - Multi-game officer or major in-game organizer/contributor. Can do all of the above plus can edit others members notes, set guild bank withdrawal limits and send email to the guild.
Leader - This is a multi-game admin or outside-of-game admin or founder/elDer, can preform all of the above and is the only rank that can perform guild-specific admin functions or remove or demote members(both demoting and removal should have multiple leader or officer approval (ideally more than 3, but 3 minimum).
Bank 4 - Leaders and Officers
Bank 3 - Crafters / Senior members (guild crafters should be special since they help the guild I.E. All crafters are at least Senior member rank.)
Banks 2 & 1 - All Members - Basically a free for all to help new members...etc.
Obviously this leaves Bank 4 to the descretion of the Leaders and Officers. I'd suggest using it only for master spells..etc or whatever.
Bank 3 would be for Crafters to store rares.
DO NOT USE THE GUILD BANK AS AN EXTENSION OF YOUR BANK. THE GUILD BANK IS TO KEEP ITEMS THAT THE GUILD CAN USE. IF YOU HAVE AN ITEM THAT CAN NOT BE USED BY ANOTHER MEMBER THEN SELL IT OR DESTROY IT.
DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN THE GUILD BANK THAT ISN'T COMPLETELY DISPOSABLE TO YOU. THE GUILD BANK IS NOT A VALID METHOD FOR DOING CHARACTER ITEM HAND-OFFS. THIS SHOULD BE DONE WITH THE HELP OF ANOTHER PLAYER OR VIA MAIL
DO NOT INCREASE A MEMBERS RANK TO GIVE THEM ACCESS TO ITEMS IN BANKS THAT ARE BEYOND THEIR RANK ACCESS LEVEL. IF A MEMBER NEEDS AN ITEM IN THE HIGHER BANKS GIVE IT TO THEM PERSONALLY.
USE THE MAIL SYSTEM
You should ALWAYS use the mail system when you intend for something for a specific member. If that's too long, then deliver it to them. Either way, obviously the guild bank does not allow "reserved" items for members...etc. so naturally you cannot expect it. If you choose to do this, it's AT YOUR OWN RISK.
